Technical Recruiter (US Staffing W2 / Direct Hire)

Experience:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment process

    for US-based clients, focusing on

    W2 and direct hire positions.

  • Source qualified candidates through

    job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct

    initial screening

    to assess technical and cultural fit for client roles.

  • Work closely with

    Account Managers and Clients

    to understand job requirements, priorities, and timelines.

  • Negotiate

    rates/salaries

    and manage offer processes with candidates.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics using

    ATS systems.

  • Ensure compliance with

    US work authorization types (W2, GC, US Citizen, EAD etc.).

  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

  • Keep up with

    market trends, emerging technologies, and salary benchmarks

    to attract top talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years

    of hands-on experience in

    US IT/Technical Recruitment.

  • Strong understanding of

    W2 hiring and direct placements.

  • Experience working with Direct

    clients, and implementation partners.

  • Excellent sourcing and screening skills using

    Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work in

    US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with

    VMS / MSP clients

    (like Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) is a plus.

  • Experience recruiting for

    IT roles

    such as Developers, Architects, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
