The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and closing technical professionals across various domains while ensuring compliance with US employment laws and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based clients, focusing on W2 and direct hire positions. Source qualified candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial screening to assess technical and cultural fit for client roles. Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements, priorities, and timelines. Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offer processes with candidates. Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics using ATS systems. Ensure compliance with US work authorization types (W2, GC, US Citizen, EAD etc.). Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates. Keep up with market trends, emerging technologies, and salary benchmarks to attract top talent. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment. Strong understanding of W2 hiring and direct placements. Experience working with Direct clients, and implementation partners. Excellent sourcing and screening skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in US time zones. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with VMS / MSP clients (like Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) is a plus. Experience recruiting for IT roles such as Developers, Architects, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc. Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
