IT Recruiter / HR Professional

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
  
• Focus on

  IT hiring

  across multiple domains (Development, QA, Cloud, Data, DevOps, etc.).
• Source talent via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media platforms.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the right fit.
  
• Negotiate offers, handle pre-joining formalities, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  

HR Operations

• Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
  
• Maintain HRMS records, employee database, and compliance documentation.
  
• Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  
• Support performance appraisal and grievance management.
  
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor law compliance.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience

  in IT recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and hiring market trends.
  
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
