Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end technical recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize job portals, professional networks, and social media to identify qualified IT talent.
  • Work effectively with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and streamline hiring.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and workforce needs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • 12 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter

    (agency or corporate).
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with IT technologies and current hiring trends.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of

    15 days or less

Compensation
