Company Overview

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end technical recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Utilize job portals, professional networks, and social media to identify qualified IT talent.
Work effectively with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and streamline hiring.
Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and workforce needs.

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter
(agency or corporate).
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with IT technologies and current hiring trends.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of
15 days or less
.
Male candidates preferred (as per client requirement).

Compensation

Up to ?1.8 LPA
(based on experience and skills).
