Key Responsibilities:

· Source and identify candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

· Understand job descriptions and technical requirements clearly.

· Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates through interviews and assessments.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal and external stakeholders.

· Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth hiring process.

· Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire.

· Ensure an excellent candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: HR/IT stream).

· 1–2 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.

· Familiarity with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and ATS systems.

· Understanding of IT roles (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under tight timelines.

Nice to Have:

· Experience in startup or high-growth environments.

· Prior exposure to bulk hiring or entry-level tech recruitment.

· Basic knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing methods.
