Job Description

Dear Candidate,

Technical Recruiter

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within an IT services company, ODC, or product-based organization.
Strong understanding of various software development methodologies and technologies (Example: Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript frameworks, cloud platforms - AWS/Azure/GCP, databases, DevOps tools, mobile technologies).
Demonstrated expertise in using various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter is a must).
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to gauge technical aptitude and cultural fit.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Readiness to work with the US Office, to overlap a couple of hours (US Eastern).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for a global client base.
Knowledge of the local Kochi IT talent market.
Certifications in recruitment or HR.

Please note that this is a Hybrid Role.
