Position: Technical Recruiter (Hiring of Experienced ITI / Diploma / BE candidates) Location: Hosur, TN ( Travel ~ 25% ) We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with over 4 years of experience in the technical service provider, OEM, or manufacturing industry to join our team in Hosur. Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical recruitment through field recruiting, walk-in drives, campus hiring, and traditional sources. Identify, screen, and assess candidates for technical/engineering roles in the industry. Conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidates’ knowledge of facility management, maintenance, and operations. Manage stakeholders with a solution-seeking approach. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations. Assess candidates’ expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, operations management, and technical services. Ensure recruitment aligns with industry standards and compliance requirements. Evaluate candidates for roles such as O&M Engineers, Maintenance Managers, and Technical Supervisors. Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they meet technical and operational standards. Support the development of technical training programs for newly recruited professionals. Develop and maintain a database of skilled/technical candidates for future hiring needs.
