Job Description

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles across LATAM.
Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
Maintain strong pipelines and ensure timely closures.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders across time zones.
Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum
4+ years
of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in technical domains.
Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience working in a
metrics-driven environment
.
Strong understanding of
LATAM hiring practices and market trends
.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
in
Spanish and English
.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
.
Highly organized with strong
time management
and
coordination skills
.
Self-motivated and able to work independently across global teams.
Previous experience in the
language services industry
is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to
relocate
to one of the following cities in India:
Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, or Noida
.
Comfortable working in the
ART time zone
to align with LATAM operations.
