Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out projects. The role involves ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and seamless coordination between site teams, designers, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Supervision & Execution Manage day-to-day site activities for interior works (e.g., partitions, ceilings, flooring, carpentry, MEP coordination). Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and technical specifications. 2. Safety & Compliance Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections. Ensure all works comply with local regulations and standards. 3. Quality Control Inspect workmanship and materials at each stage. Ensure adherence to design quality, detailing, and finish standards. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily site logs, material checklists, and progress reports. Track inventory and material usage on site. 5. Coordination & Communication Liaise with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to resolve queries and ensure timely decisions. Facilitate smooth handover stages with all stakeholders. 6. Problem-Solving Address technical or execution issues promptly with practical solutions. Escalate challenges where required to project managers or design leads. 7. Scheduling & Progress Monitoring Assist in preparing project timelines and monitor progress to avoid delays. Flag risks or delays early and support in recovery planning. Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 1+ years hands-on experience in interior site execution. Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and detailing. Good communication and coordination skills.
