Technical Recruiter (Entry Level)

As a US IT Recruiter at our company, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in a professional and fast-paced international work environment. You will be working with American Clientele from our Hyderabad office, assisting US-based clients in hiring talented IT professionals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Posting job openings, screening candidate resumes, and scheduling interviews - Communicating with candidates over the phone and email, predominantly in English - Maintaining records using ATS or recruitment tools - Coordinating between candidates and hiring managers - Learning and growing in the US recruitment process from the ground up To qualify for this role, you should: - Be a Graduate or Postgraduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BBA preferred) - Be comfortable with Night Shift (US Time) - Possess basic English speaking and writing skills - Be willing to learn and thrive in a corporate work culture - Have a positive attitude, patience, and excellent people skills In addition to a fixed monthly salary and attractive performance-based incentives, we offer a 5-day work week with weekends off.
