Experience: 1 – 3 years in US IT Recruitment

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ End-to-end recruitment for US IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation)

✔ Use ATS & software tools to identify and engage top IT talent

✔ Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements

✔ Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring pipeline

✔ Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities

✔ Work in a target-driven environment with performance-based incentives

Who Should Apply?

✅ 1 – 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment

✅ Strong sourcing & screening skills

✅ Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

✅ Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone)
