Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Freshers welcome)

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)

Salary: ₹X/month + Monthly Incentives + Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work with US-based clients to help them hire talented IT professionals

• Post job openings, screen candidate resumes, and schedule interviews

• Talk to candidates over phone and email, mostly in English

• Maintain records using ATS or recruitment tools (training provided)

• Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers

• Learn and grow in the US recruitment process from scratch

Who Can Apply

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BBA preferred)

• Must be okay with Night Shift (US Time)

• Basic English speaking & writing skills

• Willing to learn and grow in a corporate work culture

• Good attitude, patience, and people skills
