Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST)

What Youll Be Doing

Work with US-based clients to help them hire talented IT professionals

Post job openings, screen candidate resumes, and schedule interviews

Talk to candidates over phone and email, mostly in English

Maintain records using ATS or recruitment tools (training provided)

Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers

Learn and grow in the US recruitment process from scratch

Who Can Apply

Any Graduate or Postgraduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BBA preferred)

Must be okay with Night Shift (US Time)

Basic English speaking & writing skills

Willing to learn and grow in a corporate work culture

Good attitude, patience, and people skills
