Job Description

Job Title:

We are looking for an experienced

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT positions (permanent and contract) across various domains.
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.
Strong hands-on experience in hiring for

SAP modules

and other technical skill sets.
Coordinating interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
Interacting with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in

Domestic IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience in

contract & permanent hiring

models.
Excellent sourcing and screening abilities using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong knowledge of

technical skills and SAP

modules.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
