ey Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit

2.Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Understand hiring needs from internal stakeholders or clients
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams

3.Recruitment Operations

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation

4 . Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates throughout the process
  • Follow up regularly and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring teams

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Strong sourcing skills via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
