ey Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit

2.Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Understand hiring needs from internal stakeholders or clients
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams

3.Recruitment Operations

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation

4 . Candidate Experience

Ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates throughout the process
Follow up regularly and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring teams

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
Strong sourcing skills via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
