Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter + HR Operations professional to join our growing team in Kochi. This hybrid role will focus on managing full-cycle technical recruitment while also supporting core HR operational functions (excluding payroll). The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of the tech hiring landscape along with hands-on experience in HR processes and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Technical Recruitment - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles - Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit - Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies - Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate offer processes - Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience HR Operations (excluding payroll) - Oversee employee onboarding and documentation processes - Maintain and update employee records in HR systems - Support in implementing HR policies and processes - Coordinate performance review cycles and feedback sessions - Assist in employee engagement, team-building activities, and internal communications - Address employee queries regarding policies, leave, attendance, etc. - Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational HR policies Requirements - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment and HR operations - Strong knowledge of IT roles and technical skillsets - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software/tools - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment - High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters Nice to Have - Experience in a startup or tech company environment - Understanding of labor laws and compliance practices - Passion for building a strong employer brand and culture Why Join AdPumb - Be a part of an innovative and high-growth ad tech company - Work with a collaborative and motivated team - Opportunity to shape and grow the HR function - Competitive salary and benefits - Office located in the heart of Kochi tech ecosystem
