Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a mid-level Recruiter with 3 or 4 years of experience in end-to-end hiring. While IT recruitment is preferred, the role will also involve hiring for non-IT and support functions. Prior exposure to product-based companies or tech-driven environments will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the full recruitment cycle for both IT and non-IT roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, networking, and referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and culture fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical/non-technical panels.
Maintain hiring pipelines using ATS or Excel trackers.
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Assist with employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

3 or 4 years
of experience in recruitment.
Experience in
IT hiring is preferred
, but not mandatory.
Prior exposure to
product-based companies or startups
is a plus.
Strong sourcing and screening abilities across functions.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings and deliver within deadlines.
Familiarity with ATS tools or recruitment management systems.
