Job Description

Role Objective:

To drive revenue growth and market presence by building proactive cases for ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects. The role combines technical know-how with sales strategy to influence specifications, engage stakeholders, and convert opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Opportunity Creation

o Map upcoming ELV projects (government, commercial, industrial, institutional, and real estate).

o Build early engagement cases with consultants, PMCs, architects, and end clients.

  • Consultant & PMC Engagement

o Deliver technical presentations, design workshops, and product demonstrations.

o Ensure company’s solutions are positioned in project specifications/BOQs.

  • Solution Development

o Work with presales/engineering teams to prepare techno-commercial offers.

o Provide value engineering and compliance alternatives where required.

  • Market Intelligence

o Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and project announcements.

o Provide feedback to management for strategy alignment.

  • Sales Closure & Target Achievement

o Convert proactive cases into tenders/orders.

o Drive sales funnel growth and achieve revenue targets.

Desired Profile:

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or equivalent.
  • 6–10 years of technical sales experience in ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, BMS, PA/BGM, Access Control, Networking, etc.).
  • Strong network with consultants, PMCs, architects, and key accounts.
  • Ability to influence project specifications and create early demand.
  • Excellent communication, technical presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
