Technical Project Manager (TPM)
The Technical Project Manager will manage sprint activities, coordinate across teams, handle technical queries, and ensure smooth delivery of our product modules and customer implementations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
- Own day-to-day project coordination, stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog follow-ups, and tracking deliverables.
- Ensure deadlines, dependencies, risks, and blockers are identified, communicated, and resolved quickly.
- Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Infra, and Customer Success teams for end-to-end execution.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and ensure transparency across stakeholders.
Technical Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for internal technical queries from environment issues to API clarifications to integration concerns.
- Understand basic architecture, APIs, workflows, and technical design to communicate effectively with developers.
- Support debugging/troubleshooting discussions with developers (not coding, but guiding & bridging gaps).
Customer & Implementation Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for requirements, timelines, and implementation clarifications.
- Translate high-level requirements into actionable tasks for the Developers
- Ensure Product deliverables are on track and issues are escalated/resolved in time.
Process Ownership
- Improve team workflows, documentation practices, and release processes.
- Ensure QA, development, and deployment cycles follow a clean and repeatable process.
- Track KPIs for delivery efficiency (velocity, quality, timelines).
& Delivery Management

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a
Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager / Technical PM / Engineering Coordinator
. - Strong understanding of
B2B SaaS
ecosystems, architecture basics, APIs, versioning, data flows, cloud environments, etc. - Experience working with engineering and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum setup.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage uncertainty, and push for clarity.
- Familiar with tools like Jira/Asana/Confluence, Git basics, API tools (Postman), etc.
Preferred candidate profile
- Exposure to ESG, compliance, sustainability, or reporting platforms.
- Experience with integrations, SSO, data migration, or analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, Postman, JSON, and debugging logs.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced SaaS environment.
