Technical Project Manager

Roles & Responsibility

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand the clients objectives, translating them into technical requirements
• Analyze existing systems, processes, and current workflows to identify areas for improvement or optimization
• Create detailed technical specifications or user stories outlining how the system should function from a technical standpoint, including data flow diagrams, system architecture, and integration points
• Work closely with clients and engineering leads to prioritize features
• Serve as a liaison between the client and engineering teams, facilitating communication and ensuring that both sides understand each other&aposs perspectives
• Assist in defining test cases and acceptance criteria based on the original requirements
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the project and inform future iterations
• Keep all stakeholders informed about the progress and changes

Skills:

• Should have minimum of 4-5 years experience working as a technical business analyst
• Solid understanding of technical concepts, including software development methodologies, database systems, and software architecture.
• Great at communicating with technical and non-technical folks.
• Expert level experience with ticket management tools like JIRA, Asana etc.
• Great at documenting requirements, specifications, and other project artifacts.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
• Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them
• Be open to receiving constructive feedback and turning it into process improvements
