Job Description

Project Management: End-to-end experience from inception to closure
Domain: Experience in managing SAAS applications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or other Technical qualification

Experience:

Minimum of 6 years of experience as the project manager for full lifecycle delivery of mid-sized software services projects or programs with globally distributed teams

Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification

Project Management:

Strong hands-on project management experience from inception to closure phases Working experience in agile methodologies as a scrum master Experience in handling multiple small and mid-sized projects simultaneously as a lead/PM Experience in delivering one or more fixed-time, fixed-price or SLA based managed services engagements

Client-Facing Experience:

Over 6 years of experience in a direct client-facing role (preferably in the US or UK) as part of a consulting/services organization

Team Management:

Experience of working within complex, matrixed multi-location teams Experience creating, executing, and amending project plans for large, complex projects Knowledge of 2 or more effort and cost estimation methodologies/frameworks Direct people management responsibilities for 5 or more people (including track leads/other leads) Indirect responsibility/span of 15 or more people as part of a cross-functional team comprising of business analysts, creative designers, developers, testers, and other support functions Strong resource marshalling skills

Availability:

Ability to overlap with the APAC or US time zone

Additional Project/Soft Skills:

Should be able to work independently with India & US based team members
Strong verbal and written communication with an ability to articulate problems and solutions over the phone and email Strong sense of urgency, with a passion for accuracy and timeliness Ability to work calmly in high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects/tasks Ability to work independently and possess superior skills in issue resolution
