Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience in the field. The position is based in Pune.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage technical projects from architecture definition to detailed design and complete product development.
Plan and track projects using Microsoft Project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to IEC60601-x standards.
Oversee embedded hardware design, development, and manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in NPD/NPI and sustenance engineering, with at least 3 years in medical or similar industries.
Graduation in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of project planning, tracking, and management.
Experience in embedded hardware design, development, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Skills: Experience in architecture definition, detailed design, and complete product (hardware/firmware) development cycle, project planning and tracking capability using Microsoft Project, embedded hardware design, development, and manufacturing processes in compliance with IEC60601-x, 610110.
