Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Power BI, Azure and Agile methodologies to lead and deliver data-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of BI and cloud-based projects across multiple teams.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead Agile ceremonies sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Oversee development and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring high-quality data visualization and insights.
Coordinate with Azure engineering teams for data pipelines, integration, and platform readiness.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for technical teams, business users, and leadership.

Technical Skills Required:

Power BI: Data modeling, DAX, Power Query, report development, performance optimization.
Azure: Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Database, Azure DevOps.
Experience with cloud data architecture and integration.
Familiarity with CI\/CD pipelines and release management (Azure DevOps preferred).

Project Management Skills:

7+ years of experience managing technical projects.
Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
