Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for embedded/BareMetal and FPGA-based solutions.
• Work closely with system architects, design leads, and engineering managers to define project scope, schedules, and milestones.
• Manage and track progress across multiple sub-systems/projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, software, validation, etc.) to resolve dependencies and integration challenges.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, driving effective communication and expectation management.
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Track resource allocation, budgets, and ensure compliance with organizational processes. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in project/program management in semiconductor, embedded systems, or FPGA domains.
• Strong understanding of BareMetal software development and FPGA-based design workflows. Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with system architects and cross-functional technical leads. Strong project planning, scheduling, and risk management capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
