Technical Project Manager

This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to manage complex technical initiatives across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation and migration projects.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple vendors, internal technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance requirements during ERP migrations or integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  6+ years

  of experience in

  technical project management

  , preferably in ERP domains.
• Strong experience working with or migrating fully integrated commercial ERP systems (

  Oracle, SAP, D365, etc.

  ).
• Proven ability to manage

  multiple vendors

  and

  cross-functional teams

  effectively.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
