Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing mobile and web development projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for web and mobile development projects.
• Coordinate between development teams (Mobile & Web) to ensure seamless execution.
• Handle client communication, gather requirements, and provide regular updates.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Allocate resources effectively and track progress using project management tools.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality standards are met before project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management.
• Strong knowledge of mobile technologies: iOS, Android (Native), React Native, Flutter.
• Familiarity with web technologies: PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Angular, Shopify, etc.
• Proven experience in team management and client handling.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp is a plus.
