Role Description We are looking to hire a creative client servicing member who focuses on building key accounts & relationships, fostering new partnerships, managing client relationships, communicating project requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of interactive experiences. This role will involve collaborating with design and technology teams, handling project timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Location : Pune, Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Fostering Client Relationships: Strengthen and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and client satisfaction. Proposal & BOQ Creation: Prepare compelling proposals and detailed BOQs tailored to client requirements, showcasing our innovative solutions. New Prospect Outreach & Building Key Accounts: Develop and implement strategies to identify and reach out to similar prospects, expanding the client base & build key accounts. End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. Client Servicing: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 years in key account management, client relationship management, or related roles, preferably in the creative/technology industry. Educational Background: MBA or equivalent degree. A technical background in B.Tech (IT/CS/EC) is an added advantage. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills with a focus on creative solutions. Personality: Self-motivated, trustworthy, and dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
