This role involves overseeing the entire video production process, from pre-production and shoot supervision to post-production and final delivery. You will align video work across the Creative Team and the broader organization, ensuring smooth execution, high-quality output, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Operational Structure Development: Envision and build an efficient operational framework to align video projects across the Creative Team and other departments. Project Management: Manage video projects from concept to completion, overseeing pre-production, shoot, post-production, and delivery stages. Creative Collaboration: Source, develop, and guide video ideas in collaboration with cross-functional teams at Digital Jalebi and global clients. Execution Optimization: Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and video development, ensuring high-quality video production while maintaining efficient workflows. Risk Management & Problem Solving: Anticipate operational risks and dependencies, addressing potential disruptions to timelines, deliverables, and resources. Service-Level Agreement (SLA) Management: Create and manage SLAs with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and progress tracking. Cross-functional Liaison: Serve as the key point of contact between the Video Lead, Designers, and departments like Finance, Legal, and Recruiting. Skills & Experience You Bring: Proven Experience: 2+ years in video production or a similar field, successfully leading video projects from start to finish. Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio that showcases a diverse range of completed video projects demonstrating your expertise.
