Role Overview:

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Technical Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team focused on automating business processes using RPA technologies. This includes developing and implementing RPA strategies, overseeing the design and deployment of automation solutions, and ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing RPA processes.

Minimum Experience Level:

Professional Experience: At least 12 to 13 years of professional experience in IT or software development.

RPA-Specific Experience: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with RPA tool Automation Anywhere

Management Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing RPA projects and teams.


Technical Expertise:


Design and Develop RPA Solutions: Create detailed solution designs, including process diagrams, data flow charts, and technical specifications

Implementation: Develop and maintain automation workflows using RPA tool Automation Anywhere,

Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of RPA solutions

RPA Tool Proficiency: Possessing strong knowledge and experience with leading RPA tool Automation Anywhere

Technical Guidance: Providing technical guidance to the team and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the development and implementation of RPA solutions.

Knowledge Management: Ensuring the team has the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize RPA tools and technologies.


  • Leadership & Management:


  • Project Management: Managing RPA projects from initiation to completion, including defining scope, timelines, and budgets along with Org. KPI’s
  • Team Leadership : Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of RPA developers and analysts.
  • Resource Management: Overseeing resource allocation, including staff, tools, and budget for RPA projects.
  • Performance Management: Monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and ensuring the team achieves its objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across different business units.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities by collaborating with business stakeholders.
  • Business Proposals


    Technical Proposals: Preparing detailed technical proposals and bid documents

    Sales Collaboration: Working closely with sales teams to develop strategies for pitching RPA solutions and assisting in closing deals
