Technical Project Manager

• Ability to manage multiple websites from beginning to end.
• Creating project plans, objectives and all the required documentation pertaining to the project.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• Managing and coordinating with resources to make sure the schedule is on track.
• Monitoring production and quality to our and our partner companys standards.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
• Identifying and resolving issues and risks.
• Prepare reports on project progress, offering viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
• Lead meetings and set expectations for the project team and conduct feedback whenever necessary.
• Maintain budget and notify in advance if project is over budget
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)

Key Skills Required:

• Good understanding of the web development process from discovery to development of functionality specifications through construction and site deployment.

  Strong knowledge of Word-Press & SEO.

• Should be from a technical background with coding/development experience in WordPress.

• Good knowledge and hands on experience on server handling.

• Must possess excellent and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Should be able to easily communicate with clients abroad.
• Strong focus on flexibility, ability to multitask, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good follow-up and judgment. Must be able to prioritize.
• A team player & team motivator having the ability to extract maximum out of the available resources.
• Someone willing to roll up their sleeves, dig in and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• A person with a dynamic personality and one who is able to handle multiple priorities, projects, and people at once, many with converging deadlines.
