Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across various client accounts to boost engagement, reach, and brand identity. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to each clients goals * Create and manage monthly social media calendars with post scheduling and planning * Handle and grow social media pages for multiple clients (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. * Contribute creative ideas and concepts for posts and campaigns based on brand tone * Generate content ideas and write engaging copy for social media post * Plan and coordinate social farming reels and trending short-form content * Brainstorm and execute social creation ideas that align with current trends and brand messaging * Work closely with the design team to bring content ideas to life * Monitor page performance and suggest improvements based on analytics Requirements: * 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing * Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills * Understanding of current social media trends, formats, and tools * Experience in content writing or content planning for social media * Good communication and coordination skills * Ability to multitask and manage several accounts efficiently
