Technical Project Leader

Company Overview We are a growing IT services and product-based company working on innovative solutions across mobile, web, and cloud. Our in-house team includes skilled professionals in backend development, Android development, DevOps, QA, and UI/UX design. We are now looking for a Technical Project Leader / IT Team Leader to guide and manage this team, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects. Role Summary The Technical Project Leader / IT Team Leader will be responsible for leading project planning, coordinating technical tasks, and supervising a multidisciplinary team. This role requires strong technical understanding and the ability to manage resources, deadlines, and deliverables efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the tech team. Plan and execute project timelines using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp. Coordinate task assignments among backend, Android, DevOps, QA, and UI/UX team members. Offer technical guidance to solve challenges and ensure alignment with product requirements. Review progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Conduct team meetings, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans. Team You’ll Manage DevOps Engineer – Server & Infrastructure Maintenance Python Backend Developer Android App Developer QA Tester UI/UX Designer Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or IT project management. Strong technical background in backend and/or mobile technologies. Prior experience managing teams and leading technical projects. Good understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills. Preferred Skills Experience in full-stack development (Python, APIs, mobile platforms). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Proficiency with project tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp. Basic UI/UX and QA knowledge for better collaboration.
