Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Java Backend Developer

to join our team in developing and supporting

enterprise-level J2EE web applications

. The ideal candidate will have

strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, cloud technologies, and backend system integration

. This role requires working closely with

clients, architects, and frontend teams

to design and implement robust backend solutions, ensuring seamless integration with various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and support
enterprise-level J2EE-based web applications
with a focus on backend development.
Work extensively with
Spring, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies
to build scalable solutions.
Develop and maintain backend systems in
Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environments
.
Implement
Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) processes
to streamline development workflows.
Design and develop
backend integrations
with various client systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate closely with
clients, architects, and frontend developers
to define integration requirements and deliver high-quality implementations.
Work in an
onshore-offshore development model
, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
Follow
Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
, adapting as per project requirements.
Provide technical leadership, ensuring adherence to
best practices, design patterns, and coding standards
.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of Java development experience
in enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of
J2EE, Java EE, Maven, and enterprise development frameworks
.
Expertise in
Spring, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies
.
Hands-on experience with
Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
.
Proficiency in
CI/CD processes
for software development and deployment.
Experience with
application servers
such as Jetty, Tomcat, JBoss, and WebLogic.
Deep knowledge of
design patterns
and best practices in software development.
Strong experience in
Agile and Waterfall methodologies
.
Excellent
communication skills
and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
