As one of the early engineers at Blend India, you will play a crucial role in connecting Blend US and Blend India. Work with product managers and UI/UX designers to implement new features and enhancements. Design and develop scalable applications focusing on maintenance, resiliency, and robustness. Implement responsive user interfaces to ensure a seamless experience across all devices, emphasizing accessibility. Identify and resolve software defects and issues promptly. Work through the entire software development lifecycle including testing and production maintenance. Encourage best practices through involvement in code and design reviews, along with offering mentorship. Innovate by proposing new ideas and developing features end-to-end. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7- 11 years of experience in developing high-quality production software. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in back-end development with languages such as Node.js, TypeScript, or Go. Experience in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). Experience with databases like Postgres, MongoDB, or similar technologies. Experience with cloud infrastructure software like AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
