Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager at our forward-thinking accounting firm, you will play a crucial role in translating the needs of our functional teams into user-centric technology solutions. Collaborating with accounting, tax, operations, and compliance teams, you will work towards simplifying workflows, automating processes, and providing valuable insights through intuitive digital solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Stakeholder Discovery & Requirement Gathering** - Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to understand workflows, pain points, and priorities. - Conduct user interviews, document requirements, and map current vs ideal-state processes. - **Product Development & Roadmapping** - Translate business requirements into clear product specs and user stories. - Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility. - Plan and execute sprints with design and development teams. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Act as the user advocate within the tech team. - Facilitate demos, gather feedback, and iterate quickly. - Partner with QA and developers for smooth delivery and post-launch success. - **Product Execution & Delivery** - Monitor product adoption, engagement, and feedback from internal teams. - Utilize data and qualitative insights to refine features and guide new development. - Define success metrics and track them post-launch. **Requirements:** - 12 years of experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles in technology or services-oriented environments. - Proficiency in agile product development cycles and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle ambiguous problems. - Interest in developing internal tools and platforms to enhance team productivity. - Experience or familiarity with accounting, financial services, or operational systems is advantageous.
