Technical Product Owner

• Lead and own the product backlog for one or more service assurance applications.
  
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, PI Planning, and backlog refinement sessions
  
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
  
• Define and prioritize features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  
• Ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility of end solution
  
• Act as the voice of the customer and internal users
  
• Drive cross\-functional initiatives and resolve delivery blockers
  
• Participate in system demos and retrospectives
  
• Ensure and validate value delivery post\-project deployments \/ launches
  
• Continuously improve product delivery and agile maturity
  
• Eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating business requirements, process flows, identifying system and process solution components, and preparing requirements documents \/ stories for development team to deliver.

Required skills:

• Strong business analyst skills, exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles
  
• Experience working with agile teams in user story splitting, program increment planning, and sprint planning.
  
• Self\-discipline, driven and motivated, team player and collaboration champion.
  
• Technical knowledge of current software development to understand, challenge, validate solutions
