Job Description

Act as the Product Owner, managing product backlog, user stories, and sprint planning for banking and compliance projects.
Collaborate with Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirement gathering and documentation to delivery and post-implementation support.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Utilize Mainframe DB2 and Advanced SQL to analyze, validate, and ensure data integrity across systems.
Drive project management activities, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
Ensure effective governance and documentation using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Lead discussions with internal and external auditors to demonstrate compliance with RBI and industry regulations.
Mentor and guide teams to achieve project goals while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
