Technical Product & Marketing Specialist (HubSpot & Android Support)

The Role:

This is not a traditional marketing or support role. We are looking for a highly autonomous and commercially-minded individual we can trust to operate as a "set and forget" professional. You will be the engine of our customer interaction and revenue growth. Your primary mission is to become a deep product expert by providing world-class technical support. You will then leverage that frontline knowledge to build, manage, and optimize revenue-generating marketing campaigns in HubSpot.

Your Mission, Broken Down:

• Phase 1: Master the Product (First 1-2 Weeks):

  You will be immersed in our live chat technical support queue. Your goal is to master our products by solving real customer issues on Android devices, using remote tools like TeamViewer. You are expected to meet our <1-minute response time SLA from day one. This is a non-negotiable foundation of the role.

• Phase 2: Drive the Revenue (Week 2+):

  Armed with unparalleled customer insight, you will take full ownership of marketing automation and campaigns within HubSpot. You will have the freedom to design, implement, and manage systems that directly generate new business across our ventures in the dating and alcohol industries. Your success will be measured by the revenue you produce.

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all technical support inquiries via live chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues on Android platforms, utilizing remote assistance software.
• Manage all customer interactions and data meticulously within HubSpot.
• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (email, automation, etc.) in HubSpot with a clear focus on ROI.
• Continuously analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for marketing and product improvements.

Who We Are Looking For (The Non-Negotiables):

• You are a HubSpot power user.

  You must have demonstrable, hands-on experience building and managing marketing campaigns and automation within HubSpot.

• You are technically proficient with Android.

  You must be comfortable and experienced in providing technical support for Android devices.

• You are an expert in remote support.

  You have professional experience using tools like TeamViewer to solve customer problems remotely.

• You are a proven marketer.

  You have at least 2 years of digital marketing experience with a portfolio or examples of campaigns that generated a positive ROI.

• You are a "can-do" problem solver.

  You are a master multitasker who sees challenges as opportunities and can operate with minimal supervision.

The Terms:

• Compensation:

  Starting base salary of $400 - $650 USD per month, plus a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure based on the new revenue you generate.

• Schedule:

  This is a full-time, 45-hour work week. The required days are

  Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

• Industries:

  You must be 100% comfortable and professionally engaged with our work in the Dating and Alcohol industries.
