Technical Product Manager

Job Description

Need to play the technical product manager role for our support central project. Need to work closely with internal and external SRE + DevOps stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations. Also, should be capable enough to suggest alternate solutions. Need to create use cases and functional specs. These use cases need to be well documented, converted to Jira stories, and tracked to closure. Need to create the product plan and execute the plan. Need to ensure that all teams are aligned and working towards a common goal. Work very closely with the dev team, and make sure team has a robust backlog of requirements to work on. Make sure that timely status reports of product development is sent to stakeholders. Total experience of not less than 10 years, out of which minimum 3 years of product manager experience. IT development experience for 3-4 years is desired. E-commerce knowledge is mandatory. Exposure to SRE or DevOps projects is mandatory. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, and documentation. Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle. Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc. Show more Show less
