Job Description

As a Technical Product Manager at GoGroup, you are the bridge between vision and execution - turning ideas into actionable plans and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple product tracks. You play a key role in shaping requirements, structuring work, and driving process excellence, enabling teams to move faster without losing clarity or quality.


This role combines product thinking, delivery ownership, and operational leadership. You will work closely with founders, designers, and engineering leads to break down new product concepts, create and manage structured backlogs, and coordinate delivery using agile rituals. You’ll also be responsible for facilitating sprints, running QA checks, and keeping delivery on track across teams - ensuring each product gets to market effectively and on time.

What you’ll do:


  • Work with founders and partners to shape and clarify product ideas
  • Break down large ideas into scoped, actionable product chunks
  • Work with the development team to create estimations and deliverables
  • Kickoff and co-ordinate multiple products by getting them ready for development
  • Create JIRA tickets, epics, sprints, and drive execution across teams
  • Co-ordinate with designers to ensure flows are user-ready
  • Test features before delivery - keep quality high and surprises low
  • Run agile processes across projects: standups, sprint planning, retros
  • Own delivery timelines and keep the engine running across multiple teams


You should have:


  • 3–6 years of experience in product ops / delivery / project management
  • Experience juggling multiple product tracks and deadlines
  • Comfort with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Slack
  • Strong communication skills across cultures
  • Bias for action, structure, and making things move
