Technical People Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Technical People Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, managing technical teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership skills to guide and mentor team members while aligning technical efforts with business goals.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.

Technical Oversight:

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices and standards in software development and system architecture.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into the team's workflow.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement technical strategies to support business growth.
• Identify opportunities for technological improvements and innovation.
• Manage the technical budget and resources effectively.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and other departments.
• Communicate technical concepts and project statuses to non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective collaboration within the team and with external partners.

Work Environment:

• Typically works in an office setting, but remote work options may be available.
• May require occasional travel for meetings, conferences, or project oversight.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in technical roles, with a proven track record in leadership or management positions.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Full Stack React Native Developer or similar role.
• Experience developing microservices based desktop and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple JavaScript frameworks with below as mandatory:

1. React Native

2. Node.js

And below as good to have:

3. Angular

4. React JS

• Well versed with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Linux+Node JS + React Native + Cloud Deployment: 8 years (Required)
• Microservices based app development+people management: 8 years (Required)

Location:

• Bangalore, Karnataka (Required)
