Job Title: Technical Operator – Nutraceuticals Salary: 22k to 25k Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1 to 2 Years Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm Location: Sahjanand Business Park, D15, Sardar Patel Ring Rd, Kathwada GIDC, Odhav Industrial Estate, Odhav, Ahmedabad, Kathwada, Gujarat 382350 Department: Production – Nutraceutical Division Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Technical Operator with hands-on experience in handling and operating pharmaceutical machinery, specifically Sachet, Rotary, Compress, and Alu Alu Blister . The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines to maintain productivity and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor Sachet, Rotary, Tablet Compression, and Alu Alu Blister. Set up machines before production and perform routine checks and maintenance. Monitor production output to ensure consistent quality and compliance with GMP guidelines. Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs to reduce downtime. Maintain proper documentation of machine operation and maintenance. Coordinate with the maintenance and QA teams to ensure smooth workflow. Follow safety protocols and company SOPs strictly. Requirements: Relevant technical qualification. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing. Sound knowledge of operating mentioned machinery.
