Over 10 years of experience in PMC management within the manufacturing industry, with in-depth knowledge of overall factory operations. Comprehensive understanding of supply chain functions including procurement, logistics, production planning, and warehouse management. Proficient in order review processes and capable of implementing them effectively to meet customer requirements. Skilled in managing workflows and data flows from order receipt to shipment, with proven methodologies for driving production and material planning execution. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems.
