Job Summary: The Technical Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting technical equipment and systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store school supplies, stationery, uniforms, equipment, and other materials. Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing stock. Ensure timely issuance of materials to teachers, staff, and departments as per requisitions. Assist in periodic stock-taking, audits, and reporting of store inventory. Monitor stock levels and inform the Store Incharge/Admin Officer about reordering requirements. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area. Assist with disposal of damaged or obsolete items following school guidelines. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports as required. Coordinate with vendors and support the procurement process under supervision. Support in maintaining accurate documentation and filing of store-related records. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (preferred).
