Role & responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for

  end-to-end facility operations

  , including

  hard & soft services

• Manage

  technical operations

  : Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire & Safety, STP/ETP, DG sets, BMS, lifts, and utilities
• Ensure

  preventive and breakdown maintenance

  as per SLA and OEM standards
• Supervise

  site engineers, supervisors, and technicians

  ; ensure manpower planning and productivity
• Monitor

  AMC vendors

  , technical contractors, and service partners
• Ensure

  statutory compliance

  related to electrical safety, fire license, lifts, boilers, and local authorities
• Conduct

  energy management

  , utility optimization, and cost control initiatives
• Handle

  client coordination

  , review meetings, and service delivery reporting
• Ensure

  100% compliance to safety standards

  , tool box talks, and risk assessments
• Maintain

  documentation

  , logs, checklists, and MIS reports
• Support

  audits, inspections

  , and emergency response management
• Drive

  continuous improvement

  , root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Prepare and manage

  OPEX budgets

  , technical CAPEX, and cost optimization
• Ensure adherence to

  ISO / QHSE standards
