Key Responsibilities

Resource & Operations Management

• Track team capacity, workload, and resource allocation.
• Maintain records of availability, leave, and public holidays.
• Ensure balanced task distribution and timely delivery.
• Identify and address resource gaps.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Consolidate updates and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Track efficiency metrics such as SLA adherence and resolution time.
• Highlight risks, blockers, and performance trends.

Operational Support

• Assist engineers with administrative and coordination-related issues.
• Support communication within the team and across departments.
• Ensure transparency in daily operations.

Continuous Improvement

• Recommend improvements in reporting, communication, and workload management.
• Contribute to enhancing overall team efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, team coordination, or resource management.
• Experience in technical or engineering environments (software, data, or infrastructure preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with

  JIRA

  (dashboards, reports, workflows).
• Familiarity with Confluence, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of web scraping or data acquisition is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exposure to Agile or ITIL practices is preferred.
