Technical Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and managing the India office (co-working, vendors, basic infrastructure)
  
• Coordinate with international teams on daily tasks and project requirements
  
• Support hiring activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and initial candidate communication
  
• Maintain attendance records, basic HR documentation, and internal policies
  
• Support developers and designers by managing tasks, timelines, and follow-ups
  
• Handle office administration: purchasing equipment, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining records
  
• Assist in basic IT operations such as onboarding staff, managing accounts, and handling simple technical issues
  
• Prepare reports, documentation, and weekly updates for management
  
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
  
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help maintain workflow efficiency
  

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 14 years of experience in Operations / Admin / HR Coordination / IT Support / Project Coordination
  
• Basic understanding of IT and web technologies (WordPress, hosting, web apps, etc.)
  
• Strong communication skills and good English (written & verbal)
  
• Well-organized, proactive, and reliable
  
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  
• Graduation required (BBA, BCA, BSc IT, BA, MBA, MCA preferred)
  
• Experience working with tech teams is an added advantage
  
• Comfortable working directly with senior management
