Key Responsibilities:


  • Seasoned operation manager with a minimum 2 years experience in the role
  • Mandatory to have experience in customer service domain
  • Must have experience in omni channel platforms
  • Voice chats and emails
  • Preferably with SAAS experience
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Understanding of SL management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of technical platforms and telephony channels
  • Must have managed a team size of minimum 80 FTE s
