Job Title: Operations Lead/ B30 Location: Hyderabad, India Timings: 14:00 PM to 22:30 PM Cab Facility provided: Yes We are seeking a skilled Operations leader who can manage Operations Production environment on MQ, MFT, DataPower& ACE in production environment & has good experience on IBM MQ Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IBM MQ messaging infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end administration, support, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of the IBM MQ platform across multiple environments (development, test, staging, production). This role requires in-depth knowledge of IBM MQ, integration patterns, security configurations, and platform best practices. Required Skills 7+ years of hands-on experience with IBM MQ administration in enterprise environments. Lead the operations and support of critical middleware platforms including IBM MQ, IBM DataPower, and Managed File Transfer (MFT) in a 24x7 production environment. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of integration services across distributed systems. Drive incident, change, and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of production issues and root cause analysis. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to plan and implement platform upgrades, patches, and improvements with minimal impact. Strong knowledge of MQ architecture, distributed queuing, pub/sub models, clustering, and high availability setups. Proficient in scripting (Shell, Python, or PowerShell) for automation of MQ tasks. Experience with SSL/TLS configuration and certificate management in MQ. Understanding of network, firewalls, and load balancing as it relates to MQ messaging. Experience integrating MQ with monitoring and logging tools. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with MQ on Cloud (e.g., IBM MQ on AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud). Experience with containerized MQ deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
