About Us:

Target Air Services is a DGCA-approved Non-Scheduled Operator Permit (NSOP) holder committed to the highest standards of aviation safety, reliability, and performance. Our fleet includes B200GT, Hawker 400 and B350 aircraft used for charter operations.

We are seeking a Technical Officer to join our team and ensure regulatory compliance, fleet airworthiness, and efficient technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical records for all aircraft in the fleet (logbooks, engine logs, modification status, AD/SB compliance).
• Preparation of work orders and scrutiny.
• Updation of Maintenance Forecast, SLL, TBO and History Cards.
• Preparation of Aircraft Maintenance Programme and Inspection Schedules.
• Coordinate and schedule routine and non-routine maintenance activities in accordance with CAMO and OEM standards.
• Liaise with MROs, vendors, and OEMs for parts procurement, troubleshooting, and technical queries.
• Monitor the status of mandatory airworthiness directives (ADs), service bulletins (SBs), and ensure timely implementation.
• Participate in audits (internal and DGCA) and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Manage technical documentation, manuals, and revisions in compliance with DGCA CARs and company SOPs.
• Work with AMEs, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure optimal aircraft availability.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering / Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in aviation technical services, preferably in an NSOP or CAMO setup.
• Sound knowledge of DGCA CARs, aircraft systems, maintenance planning, and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with aircraft types operated by the company. (preferably fixed wing)
